Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is G73 Capital Limited, Hong Kong (Company No. 80724707), reachable at admin@g73capital.com. For EU-based investors, access is arranged through an AFM-regulated entity in the Netherlands; where that entity processes your data it does so under its own regulatory obligations.
2. What we collect
- Introduction data — name, email, phone, region and indicative capital range you submit through a referral page, plus the referring partner's code;
- Account data — portal email, display name, role, programme allocation, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords), sign-in timestamps;
- Relationship data — pipeline status, notes made by our team, recorded deposits into the programmes, consents you have given with version and timestamp;
- Technical data — IP address (for rate-limiting and security logs) and standard request metadata. We do not run advertising trackers.
3. Why we process it
We process your data to respond to your introduction and arrange onboarding (performance of pre-contractual steps at your request); to operate the client and partner portals; to send operational communications such as invitations, password resets and weekly performance letters; to attribute introductions to the correct partner and calculate partner tiers; to comply with legal obligations; and for our legitimate interests in securing the Services and preventing abuse.
4. Where it lives — processors
Data is stored and processed by service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and serverless infrastructure), Upstash (database), and Resend (transactional email). These providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards. Your brokerage data (deposits, withdrawals, account balances at the broker) is held by the broker under the broker's own privacy policy — G73 sees only what the broker's reporting exposes to the programme manager.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only: with the broker, to the extent needed to arrange your participation; with your referring partner, limited to your name, region, indicative capital range and pipeline status — never your contact details; with professional advisers under confidentiality; and where required by law or regulation. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Introduction records that do not proceed are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client and partner records are retained for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as long as required by applicable record-keeping and anti-money-laundering rules. Security logs are retained for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR for EU residents and the PDPO for Hong Kong), you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact admin@g73capital.com to exercise them; EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes; sessions are signed and expire after 7 days; administrative actions are logged; access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — notify us immediately at the address above if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by publishing a new version with a new date and, for material changes, asking you to re-accept at your next sign-in.
